¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2.

¶3With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.

¶4The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the renewal of the petitioner-society is pending before respondent no.2 since 2022 and till date no decision has been taken on the same.

¶5Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case but considering that the renewal of the petitioner-society is pending before respondent no.2 since 2022, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for renewal of the society and decide the same in accordance with law and rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order provided there is no legal impediment.
