Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI ACT, 2002. Sri Shyam Kumar Ray, learned counsel for the Bank states that the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI ACT, 2002, before the D.R.T. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record.
