¶1Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents.

¶2Without prejudice to the rights of the appellant in the pending Writ-A No.18013 of 2021, the present special appeal in view of the order passed by this Court on 09.10.2015 having been complied with as pointed out by the learned counsel for the appellant, nothing more remains to be decided. The appellant has been reinstated in service and is being paid minimum of the pay scale. The appellant is working and his case for regularization is subjudice in the pending writ petition. The benefit which has been extended during the pendency of the special appeal, shall remain intact subject to the outcome of the pending writ petition.

¶3Special appeal is accordingly disposed of.
