(1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears for the Opposite party nos.1 to 4.

(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite parties concerned to take the necessary action in respect of grievance of the petitioner raised in his application as contained in Annexure no.15 to this writ petition and direct the opposite parties concerned to get a fair and proper inquiry regarding the incident caused against the petitioner in the police lock up of police station Aminabad, Lucknow, dated

16.10.2021 and 06.12.2021 in the custody of Police Station Aminabad and take the necessary action in that respect in the interest of justice."

(3) Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner is an accused in the F.I.R. that was lodged against him namely F.I.R. No.0142 of 2021, under Sections 376, 420, 506 of the I.P.C, Police Station Aminabad, District Lucknow.
