¶1Heard Sri Jitendra Singh learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Sri Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order of the Writ Court dated 07.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.7797 (S/S) of 2018 (Sushil Kumar Srivastava vs. Chairman, U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Lucknow & others) has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶3In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
