Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. This is a proxy petition filed to safeguard the interest of persons assigned the job of feeding and taking care of the stray animals under U.P. Gaushala Scheme,2023. Litigation of this description under the heading of 'Public Interest Litigation' is nothing but an abuse of the process of law. There are no details whatsoever indicated in the petition as to how the persons allotted the work of looking after stray animals under the scheme are vulnerable. There is equally no disclosure of any number of animals which are fed under the scheme at different places allotted to such persons. The credentials of the petitioners for maintaining the present petition also do not conform to the requisite conditions under the rules of this Court.
