I.A.No. 04 of 2023 This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition filed by Sri Ghaus Beg, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of subsequent developments including the subsequent orders which have been passed by the respondents, he does not want to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The application is allowed.
