¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2On the basis of instructions learned A.G.A. has submitted that the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet was prepared on 19.02.2022 and filed in the court.

¶3Since the chargesheet has been prepared by the I.O., it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the chargesheet before the trial court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
