¶2Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing the impugned demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act dated 21.06.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent states that the property in question is already been auctioned.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise objections before appropriate Court/Authority.
