¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for the respondent-corporation and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the Opposite Parties to remove the high tension line in surrounding in residential area of Mohalla Chandi Gadhi, Kasba, Pargana, Tehsil and Thana Purwa, District Unnao.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties No. 1 & 2 to direct the Opposite Party No.3 to 6 to take responsible action in respect of removal of high tension line i.e. 11000 KVA surrounding in residential area of Mohalla Chandi Gadhi, Kasba, Pargana, Tehsil and Thana Purwa, District Unnao.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No.3 to 6 to installation of new 11000 KVA line out of residential area of surrounding in residential area of Mohalla Chandi Gadhi, Kasba, Pargana, Tehsil and Thana Purwa, District Unnao."

¶3Learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of petitioners would sufficiently be met in case representation of petitioners for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

¶4Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for the respondent-corporation and learned standing counsel have no objection to the same.

¶5In view thereof, petitioners are permitted to make a fresh detailed representation to respondent no.5-Executive Engineer,, Vidyut Vitran Khand, Purwa, District-Unnao raising all their grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of their claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order.

¶6In case such a representation is moved by petitioners, respondent no.5 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him.

¶7It is made clear that this court has not applied itself on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law.
