¶1Petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus that respondent no.6 District Social Welfare Officer (Development), District-Amethi may not disturb the peaceful possession of Shop No.2 of petitioner which is situated at Mohanganj, Block and Tehsil Tilo, District-Raibareli (now Amethi).

¶2There is no specific details given with regard to manner in which disturbance is sought to be claimed. It appears that petitioner has filed present writ petition only on the basis of apprehension.

¶3In view thereof, the writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps including filing fresh writ petition in case any effective steps are taken to disturb his peaceful possession over the aforesaid property.
