The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the (S.D.M.) opp. party no. 2 initiate fresh proceeding under section 145/146 Cr.P.C. appoint a receiver regarding the subject matter and attach the property in dispute, till the disposal of Original Suit No. 583/2018 titled as Meena Pandey Versus Ramraji and others, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Sultanpur. It is further prayed that Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain the opposite party no.3 to 7 for making illegal construction over abadi land Gata No. 335 situated at Pure Dayaram Purwa, H/o Paniyar, Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi, during pendency of Civil Suit." In view of the remedy available to the petitioner by way of filing revision against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as provided under law.
