Since chargesheet has been prepared, the Investigating Officer may have collected the credible evidence against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court finds no good ground to show interference in the impugned FIR. The writ petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet before the appropriate forum.
