WRIT PETITION No. - 7912 of 2022, chargesheet has been prepared and sanction is awaited of the government for prosecution and in CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4004 of 2022, all the petitioners have been chargesheeted and the Magistrate has also taken cognizance. In view of the above, both the petitions i.e. CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 7912 of 2022 and CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4004 of 2022 are dismissed. Shri Zainuddin Md. Siddiqui, the counsel for the respondent No.3 shall find out the correct status of the investigation in CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4580 of 2022 and assist this Court. List the CRIMINAL MISC.
