Petitioner has earlier filed a Writ-C No.8384 of 2023 before learned Single Judge, which was dismissed on 4.10.2023 with certain directions. Now, petitioner has approached the Division Bench. Once, earlier the writ petition was filed before a Single Judge, it is not open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Division Bench, though there are certain directions given in the earlier writ petition. In view thereof, the writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as per direction given in Writ-C No.8384 of 2023. .
