¶1Shri Lal Bahadur Khan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application and the same be dismissed as not pressed.

¶2No objection in this regard has been made by learned A.G.A.

¶3Having regard to the request made by learned counsel for the applicant, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.

¶4However, the trial court is directed to proceed with the trial and make all out efforts to conclude the same at the earliest and if the trial has not reached at an advanced stage or even witnesses of fact are not testified before the trial court within next four months from production of a certified copy of this order, the prayer of bail may be renewed by the applicant before this Court by filing another bail application.
