Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that despite the order of Ombudsman dated 9.2.2023, the insurance Company is not deciding the claim of the petitioner on the basis of fresh representation. In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to move fresh representation before Respondent No.3 - The New India Assurance Co. within two weeks from today, who shall consider and decide the same by speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
