This Court by means of order dated 10.10.2023 had found that the matter was fit for being referred for arbitration and the Court had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahendra Dayal, Retd. Judge of this Court, who act as an Arbitrator and sought his consent. The office report dated 01.11.2023 indicates that the consent from the proposed Arbitrator has been received. Accordingly, in furtherance of the order dated 10.10.2023, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahendra Dayal, Retd. Judge of this Court is appointed as the Arbitrator who shall enter into the matter and decide the dispute between the parties in accordance with law.
