Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that injunction is granted in favour of the petitioner against the private respondents in O.S. No.530 of 2023 on 31.07.2023. Thereafter petitioner claims that since the private respondents did not stop raising construction, he has also filed an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2(A) C.P.C. on 2.11.2023, which is pending. Looking into facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned shall take up the application under Order XXXIX Rule 2(A) C.P.C. and decide the same expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment including on the ground of strict of advocates. It shall be open for the petitioner to move appropriate application for assistance of police or administrative authorities. It goes without saying that all administrative authorities are bound to ensure compliance of order of this Court. The private respondents shall fully cooperate in expeditious disposal of application in the court below. The writ petition is disposed of. .
