Land Revenue, 2006 for demarcation of land bearing Gata No.76/1.090 Hectare, 78/0.006 hectare, 79/0.016 hectare situated in Village and Post Rampur, Nihstha, Tehsil Lalganj, District Raebareli, is decided expeditiously which is pending since 05.08.2021. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the same. Looking into facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Lalganj, District Raebareli, is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from today.
