¶1Heard Shri Pratul Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State-petitioner.

¶2The present writ petition arises out of judgment/order passed by the State Public Service Tribunal in Claim Petition No.514 of 2019, decided on 14.09.2022 is delayed by more than one year.

¶3The explanation offered by the learned Standing Counsel in approaching this Court against the judgment/order passed by the State Public Service Tribunal is unexplained and dissatisfactory.
