¶1Case is called out. None appears on behalf of revisionist. Learned A.G.A. is present.

¶2Station House Officer, Police Station-Anti Power Theft, namely Nisar Ahmad and informant of the present case, namely, Ramesh Kumar Dixit, Sub Inspector are also present before this Court.

¶3The present application has been filed for quashing the judgement & order dated 17.07.2023 passed by learned Special Judge (E.C. Act)-IV/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Raebareli in Crl. Case No.413 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.244 of 2019 U/s 135 of E.C. Act, Police Station-Anti Power Theft, District-Raebareli.

¶4As none has put in appearance on behalf of revisionist, the present revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
