¶1Heard Shri Rakesh Chandra Tewari, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pratul Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2This writ petition arises out of the judgment/order dated

07.10.2015 rendered by U.P. State Public Services Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in Claim Petition No.1330 of 2014 whereby the claim petition, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed. Even the review application arising out of the impugned judgment rendered by the Tribunal was also rejected on 08.12.2016.

¶3The present writ petition has come to be filed after more than 7 years, therefore, suffers from heavy laches and we are not convinced that the delay in filing the instant writ petition deserves to be condoned.
