(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Pramod Vishwakarma, Sub-Inspector of Police Station Mandiyaon, District Lucknow, says that the Final Report dated 31.03.2023, has been prepared and the same has been filed in Court.

(4) Supervisory Authority is directed to take an appropriate decision within a period of four weeks.

(5) For a period of four weeks' or till filing of the Final Report before the Competent Court, whichever is earlier, the interim protection granted to the petitioners shall continue.
