Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Tripathi learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been filed for a direction for expeditious disposal of Original Suit no.519 of 2022 (Saurabh Singh vs Sristi Singh) filed by the petitioner under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which is pending in the Court of Principal Judge/Family court Raibareilly. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is posted in Srinagar, therefore, there is urgency in the matter and the suit may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously within some stipulated period. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the respondent has put in appearance on the last date only. However, the Court is vacant, therefore, no direction can be issued at this stage. However, whenever the court comes, the petitioner may move an application for expeditious disposal showing urgency in the matter before the concerned court, which may be considered by the concerned court and appropriate order shall be passed thereon in accordance with law and proceed accordingly.
