Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed Regular Suit no.33 of 2017 (Pramod Kumar and another vs Vinod Kumar and others) for permanent injunction and declaration. The case is proceeding ex-parte by means of the order dated 05.05.2022 and thereafter, the arguments have been heard by the concerned court. However, the case has not been disposed of and it is being fixed for arguments. The case is now listed on 01.12.2023. He makes innocuous prayer for a direction to the concerned court for disposal of suit within some stipulated period. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to dispose of the suit expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no impediment.
