¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the claim of petitioner with regard to release of an amount of rupees five lacs under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana.

¶3The case of the petitioner is that daughter of petitioner had expired on 27.06.2019 and the petitioner is entitled for compensation under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case claim of the petitioner is considered and decided by respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Raebareli in a time bound manner.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.

¶6In view thereof, respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Raebareli is directed to consider and decide the claim of petitioner for payment of compensation under the scheme, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. In case claim of petitioner is already decided, copy of the said order shall forthwith be provided to the petitioner.
