¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that certain property is being auctioned with regard to recovery against his son which is in pursuance of order passed by family court under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Petitioner claims that she apprehends that part of her share in the property will also be sold along with the property of her son.

¶3Since, the recovery proceedings are in furtherance of order of the family court, therefore, it is open for the petitioner to file her objections before the family court itself.
