¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondents are obstructing his right to way over the chak marg.

¶3The dispute is between private parties. Therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction to interfere in the matter under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the appropriate authority or to file a suit for injunction in accordance with law.
