Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 12.06.2023 whereby respondent no. 3-Upper Ziladhikari (Prashashan)/Special Land Acquisition OfÏcer (Sanyukt Sangathan), Rae Bareli has put a hold from withdrawal from Saving Bank Account of the petitioner of Bank of Baroda. Admittedly, petitioner has already moved an application dated 06.07.2023 for recall of the order which is pending before the respondent no. 3. Looking to the facts and circumstances, it is provided that respondent no. 3 shall decide the application of the petitioner for recall of the order after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order.
