¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that patta for which auction took place on 16.1.2023 has been cancelled by order dated 20.3.2023. A copy of the said order is also provided by learned Standing Counsel to learned counsel for petitioner today in Court.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
