The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "Whereas under the above-mentioned facts and grounds, this Hon'ble High court may kindly direct to the Fast Track Court (Junior Division) Sultanpur to decided/disposed the Criminal Case No. 2888 of 2021 (State Vs Devmani Mishra and others) NCR No. 12 of 2008 under section 323, 504 & 506 IPC Police Station Kurebhar, District-Sultanpur, as soon as possible on merit of the case in stipulated time, in the interest of Justice." Considering the period of pendency of the case, in issue, as also the order sheet annexed with the petition, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Court concerned to conclude the pending proceedings with expedition, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
