Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel states that in pursuance to the earlier order of this Court 30.10.2023, he has received the instructions from the respondent no. 4 yet the instructions are not very specific. However, he contends in all fairness that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-C No. 7388 of 2023 Inre; C/M Sri Shanti Sanskrit Uchchatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya Vs. State of U.P and Ors decided on 28.08.2023 has passed an order and benefit of which can be extended to the petitioner also. Accordingly, considering the aforesaid as well as the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Sri Shanti Sanskrit Uchchatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya (supra), the writ petition is allowed.
