¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record.

¶2This application has been filed for quashing the supplementary charge sheet dated 22.03.2023 as well as summoning order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Criminal Case No. 229 of 2023, (State Vs. Vijay & Ors.) arising out of F.I.R. No. 116 of 2022, under Sections 323, 506, 427, 341, 326 I.P.C., P.S. Malipur, District Ambedkar Nagar.

¶3After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave of this Court to grant liberty for filing discharge application before the court below.

¶4Prayer made is allowed.

¶5The application stands disposed of with the liberty to the applicants to move discharge application before the court below within a period of one month from today. The court below is also directed that, in case, any such application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by means of a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
