Heard learned Additional Government Advocate for State and perused the record. Learned A.G.A. has submitted that in view of Full Bench judgment (paras 22, 23, 24 and 25) of this court in Dinesh Kumar Yadav versus State of U.P. and another passed in Crl. Revision No.582 of 2016, against order passed under section 29 of Domestic Violence Act, only criminal revision is maintainable and the writ petition is not maintainable. On due consideration to the submission advanced, perusal of the record as also judgment in Dinesh Kumar Yadav's case (supra), the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
