¶1Heard Ms. Jyoti Rajpoot, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for the sole opposite party i.e. Ms. Kalpana Devi, District Basic Education Officer, Balrampur (in short B.S.A.)

¶2Sri Tripathi, learned counsel for the B.S.A. has filed affidavit of compliance, today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

¶3Attention of this Court has been drawn towards the office memo dated 20.11.2023 passed by the B.S.A., Balrampur and the reinstatement order dated 20.11.2023 passed by the same authority, whereby the petitioner has been reinstated in service along with salary and has been granted punishment order.

¶4Sri Tripathi, learned counsel for the B.S.A. has stated that since the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit, therefore, this contempt petition may be dismissed.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶6In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶7Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶8Notice, if any, stands discharged.
