The instant petition has been filed with the following relief:- This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to decide the Case No. REW/2255/2023, Akeel Ahamad Vs. Ram Milan and others, under Section 211 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending since 2023 and the same has still not been decided. She added that the interest of justice would sub-serve if this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to direct the Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to decide the Case No. REW/2255/2023, Akeel Ahamad Vs. Ram Milan and others, under Section 211 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow is hereby directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
