¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for deciding petitioners statutory appeal preferred on

05.08.2022 against the punishment order dated 27.06.2022 and subsequent order dated 18.03.2021.

¶3In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner and Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Board of Revenue Lucknow is directed to consider and decide petitioner's appeal dated 05.08.2022 preferred against the punishment order expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of appeal dated 05.08.2022 alongwith a copy of this order.
