¶1Vakalatnama filed by Shri G.P. Mishra, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.10 in Court today is taken on record.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the directing the opp. parties to remove the illegal encroachment at the pond No.522 & 523 situated at Village Semra Mu Chikhadi, Semra Mu Chikhadi, Chikhri, Faizabad and also recover the amount which has been imposed in order. .........."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions to state that after dismissal of appeals filed by the petitioner, notices have been issued and a time of 10 days have been granted to file a reply.

¶4Considering the fact that the proceedings are already initiated and pending, directions as prayed for cannot be granted. The steps in pursuance to the notice issued to the encroachers shall be concluded with all expedition.
