¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opp. party no.2 to 3 to get remove the illegal encroachment/possession of the private opp. parties 5 to 7 from the pond land gata No.215/0.7373 Hec., in the revenue record situated at village Ramapur, Tahsil Sadar, District Sultanpur. ......."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions to state that for removal of the alleged encroachment, proceedings have already been initiated.
