30.11.2014. Shri Samir Om, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 7 states that the admitted GPF amount would be paid to the petitioner within six weeks from today. The aforesaid statement is recorded. The writ petition is disposed of. It is also provided that while making payment of the GPF amount to the petitioner the respondents would also consider payment of interest to the petitioner from the date the amount of GPF is admissible to the petitioner to the date the actual payment is made.
