Issue an order or direction commanding to opposite party no.-2 to decide the Complaint case no 240/2016 "Rajan Singh Verses Raj Kumar" pending before Learned Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad, District Ayodhya/Faizabad since 10/2/2016 expeditiously with immediate effect within one month." Considering the fact(s) that the case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, (in short "NI Act") was fled in the year 2016 and being so, the period of pendency of the case in issue before the court concerned is about 7 years and also that concerned opposite party has already been appeared on

21.02.2020 as appears from the order sheet and on account of non-appearance of concerned opposite party, the trial court has issued non-bailable warrant as also taking note of Section 143

(3) of the N.I. Act, the present application is disposed of with direction to the concerned trial court to consider and conclude the proceedings of the Complaint Case No. 240/2016, (Rajan Singh Verses Raj Kumar) expeditiously.
