Judgment

Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 10245 of 2023 Petitioner :- Ram Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Avas Avam Shahri Niyojan Anubhag-6, Lucknow And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Deepak Chandra Jain Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. The petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus commanding the opposite parties to correct the revenue entry as mandated by this court vide its judgement and order dated

20.04.2011 passed in Writ Petition No.10239 of 2009 (M/B) within stipulated time. Vide order dated 20.04.2011 this Court has already issued a mandamus directing the respondents to correct the revenue records on necessary steps being taken by the petitioner in that respect. Once there is already a mandamus there is no reason why this court would issue a second mandamus directing that earlier mandamus of this Court be complied with. No such second writ petition is maintainable. Remedy available with the petitioner is to file a contempt petition in case the earlier order of this Court is not being complied with. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record. . [Manish Kumar,J.] [Vivek Chaudhary,J.] Order Date :- 22.11.2023 S. Kumar High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
