By means of order dated 11.10.2023, the Court had found that the matter is fit to be referred for arbitration and had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. K. Mathur, Retd. Judge of this Court to act as an Arbitrator and sought his consent. As per office report dated 21.11.2023, the consent from the said proposed Arbitrator has been received. Accordingly, in furtherance of the order dated 11.10.2023, Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. K. Mathur, R/o Flat No.203, Samaiah Malrose Square Vrindavan Colony, Sector 6-C, Near CNG Pump, Lucknow, Mobile Nos. 8004928876 and 9717779924, a Retd. Judge of this Court is appointed as the Arbitrator. He shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute in accordance with law. A copy of this order shall be communicated to the Arbitrator.
