¶1Heard Sri Onkar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party, who has filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for both the parties have stated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition, hence, the same may be dismissed.

¶3Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
