The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the first information report dated

10.2.2023 at F.I/R. No. 0065 of 2023 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Itiyathok, District Gonda and with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners. Learned AGA, on the basis of his short counter afÏdavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has been prepared on 24.9.2023 and is pending with the Supervisory Authority. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the supervisory authority to place the charge sheet before the court concerned within four weeks. Till the submission of charge sheet before the competent court or till four weeks, whichever is earlier, petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance to the impugned FIR.
