Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. In view of the proposed order, notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Additional Principle Judge-III, Family Court, Sultanpur, to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 661/2022 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner against opposite party no. 2 at an early date in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings being summary in nature are liable to be expedited as it is pending since long. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of directing Principal Judge-III, Family Court, Sultanpur, to expedite the proceedings of the aforementioned case within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
