¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party No.2, the same is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for both the parties have stated that order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶3Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 has shown photocopy of the Cheque dated

18.11.2023 amounting to Rs.3,27,702/- issued in the name of the petitioner which is the payment in respect of gratuity. The aforesaid Cheque is also taken on record.

¶4In the wake of the aforesaid development, there remains nothing to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notices, if any, stand discharged.
