Judgment
Court No. - 6 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5497 of 2023 Petitioner :- Madrasa Jame Islamia Sultanpur Thru. Head Manager Mohammad Usman Khan Respondent :- Learned District Judge Sultanpur U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Nitin Kumar Mishra,Sagun Chandra Rastogi Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. Sri Sagun Chandra Rastogi learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Misc. Civil Appeal no.98 of 2022 and after admission of the appeal, no effective hearing has taken place and the case is being adjourned repeatedly unnecessary. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case has been adjourned mostly on the ground of strike of lawyers or the parties do not appear. Therefore, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is misconceived and no direction can be issued by this Court, at this stage, for disposal of the appeal. Even otherwise prayer in this regard can be considered by the concerned court. The petition is dismissed. (Rajnish Kumar,J.)
