¶2Sri Ashok Kumar Shukla, learned counsel has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit inasmuch as the order has been passed by the Consolidation Officer, Milkipur, District-Ayodhya on

20.11.2023. The photocopy of the aforesaid order dated

20.11.2023 has been shown to the Court, which is taken on record.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶5In the wake of the aforesaid development, there remains nothing to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶6Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
